On the upper level, the master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a full master bathroom. Additionally, the second upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. The lower level provides additional living space, and a third bedroom equipped with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. Two chairs in the living area convert into twin-sized sofa beds. Big Country Beach House is a non-smoking home and does not allow pets.
All rentals are on a first come first serve basis when booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
