The Space:
Sea of Joy spans over 4,100 square feet across three levels, offering plenty of room for guests to unwind and enjoy the ultimate coastal living experience.
Top Floor:
Master King Suite: The luxurious master bedroom features a king-sized memory foam mattress and a private en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub, dual shower heads, double vanities, a makeup table with stool, and a walk-in closet with a custom closet system. You'll also find a large Smart TV, a luggage rack, and a digital scale. The master suite opens to the main living area with panoramic Gulf views, providing a peaceful retreat at the end of a long day.
Main Living Area: This spacious, open-concept living room provides sweeping views of the Gulf and beach from every angle. The room features a gas fireplace, 55” Smart TV, a wet bar with a beverage cooler and a 35 lb. ice maker, and comfortable seating for the whole family to gather and enjoy. The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, double ovens, two dishwashers, and a well-stocked pantry with all the essentials for preparing meals.
Kitchen & Dining Area: The kitchen island seats 4, and the adjoining dining table comfortably seats 12. Perfect for family meals or entertaining, the kitchen includes a full set of small appliances like a crockpot, waffle maker, blender, and a rice cooker. There's also a powder room on this floor for added convenience.
Oversized Deck: Step outside to the 15-foot-wide deck featuring high-end Pottery Barn mahogany furniture. The screened-in dining area seats 8, making it an ideal spot for sunset meals. There's also a high-top table with 3 chairs overlooking the Gulf for morning coffee or cocktails in the evening.

Fifth Bedroom (Bunk Room): This room is perfect for kids, sleeping 4 guests in two sets of bunks. The room includes an extra vanity and sink, plenty of storage with a dresser, and USB ports for each bunk. The bunk room shares the bathroom across the hall.
Second Living Room: A cozy additional living area with a 55” Smart TV and kitchenette, including a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. This space is perfect for a quiet retreat or for keeping the kids entertained. The room opens to a bay-side deck with rocking chairs, providing a peaceful spot for relaxation.
Laundry Room: There is a full-sized laundry room on this floor, complete with a Shark vacuum, dust buster, folding table, drying rack, and iron/ironing board.

Parking & Entrance: Covered parking for up to 6 cars with space for boat/trailer parking. The entrance is covered and provides easy access to the elevator, which serves all floors of the home.
Outdoor Extras: The home includes 13 Tommy Bahama and Rio beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas with sand screws, kids sand toys, and beach toys including corn hole. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water, or use the outdoor bathroom for convenience. A fish cleaning station with filet knives is also available for any fishing enthusiasts.
