Beautiful condo with great furnishings. The balcony overlooking the pool was perfect. Perfect location with a short drive to PSJ town and Mexico beach. The property was quiet.

Peaceful

Very close to downtown! Complex very quiet and clean. We prefer beaches at Cape San Blas, but the Windmark beach was very low key!

Must stay!

We loved this property! My kids enjoyed the pool. It’s so close to PSJ with all of our favorite restaurants and shopping. Plus it’s so close to Mexico Beach which is the best part! Will definitely stay again :)

A gem on the “forgotten coast”

We loved the location of the condo. It was a short drive to the beach and to shops and restaurants in PSJ. The condo was beautifully furnished. My boys loved the balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool was perfect after our days at the beach. Highly recommend!!

Perfectly Relaxing

Close to “down town” which offers plenty of restaurants and shopping. Beaches weren’t crowded and water was PERFECT! We drove to PCB for a day and Cape San Blas for a day and we are booking next years trip! Condo and amazing amenities were just what we needed and wanted! Gym was great! Rooftop was relaxing and was a perfect spot to bring a night cap to and watch the sunset!

Location, new building, and pool

Location is only a few yards from the bay. Building is new, looks like several rooms have not been sold yet. Therfore, it was very quite. The pool was located in the middle so you could see from the balcony. Water was perfect.

I loved the book we got to write in and read from others experiences. Everything was beautiful and loved the beach theme. Towels folded as a turtle and seashell were also a nice touch. Washed and dryer was a plus too! We were able to use them and they worked perfectly! Thank you for such an awesome visit to PSJ!

The best vacation

Our kids only request this year was a simple beach vacation! This condo and area provided everything we wanted and more! The condo was beautiful and comfortable! We used the pool daily and pretty much had it to ourselves. It wasn’t heated as mentioned but it could be due to our trip being in June. It was a cooler June than normal. By the end of the trip the pool was much warmer after several warm days. We drove to Cape San Blas, St Joe Beach and Mexico Beach for beach days. We grilled several times using the grill on property by the pool. There were only 2 other families in the complex the week we were there (and 1 of those couples live there). We all came home ready to book and return soon!
