Wonderful family vacation

Had a small issue or two but Cape and Coast properties responded to me immediately every time I contacted them. They were super responsive and handled everything quickly. It was a great family vacation. This was our first time staying in that area (normally in Indian Pass). Only suggestion we would give is to replace/update the pots and pans in the kitchen. They were pretty worn.

The manager provided very prompt customer service. It is a nice home, not "luxurious" but nice. Furnishings need a bit of repair, they are showing some signs of wear.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed our stay, even though we were there during hurricane Cindy. The pool and hot tub came in handy. We used them when it was raining and we couldn't get in the ocean. The kitchen was set up well and we used it for most of our meals. There were a few things I wish we would have had, and this is a personal preference. A 9x13 cake pan, cutting board, hand held juicer for our lemons/limes, and rockers on the deck. The property management company was great. We really enjoyed our stay! The time passed too quickly. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Vacay 2022

The property was amazing. The only negative thing I could say was the pool area was not very clean. The pool was fine but the area around it had trash (pizza box and cups). The kitchen counter was not clean and the lights above the kitchen counter or island had about 2 inches of dust. Other than that it was fine. I don’t care about those things and there was no need to call anyone, but the next person might think it’s the end of the world.

Sugar Dunes March 2022

pool was a bit dirty and pool heater did not do the job. had been very cold though. grill needs to be replaced and a couple of kitchen drawers are tough to open. house is adjacent to neighborhood boardwalk and everyone wants to sit right at end of of it so it can be a bit congested right there. but all in all a pleasant stay.

Great Beach Front Home

Very nice well kept beachfront home. We stayed for 4 weeks mid October to mid November. We do a lot of cooking and would suggest replacing the pots and pans as well as knives. We did look into renting this home again for next year and the price has doubled. It is not worth double the cost therefore we have rented a more reasonable home for next year.

Beautiful Week

A comfortable and beautiful beach house. The view from the decks is unbelievable. On our arrival we discovered damage to the refrigerator and about 1 and1/2 inches of sand in the outdoor shower. Otherwise it was perfect!

Paradise with so much more!
