Minutes to the beach and pool! Packed with family-friendly perks, this 4BR home sleeps 11 and includes everything you need for the perfect getaway! Enjoy a 6-seater golf cart, 3 bikes, 2 pack ’n plays, high chair, kids' dinnerware, board games, beach toys, towels, chairs, and more. Furry friends welcome with dog bed and bowls! Play Cornhole or Connect Four, then relax in spacious bedrooms (2 Kings!). Perfect for families, multi-gen trips, and memory-making at the beach!

Please remember, the home is limited to a max of 2 dogs. There is a $200/ non refundable pet fee per dog. All dogs must be 12+ months of age, crate trained, housebroken and well mannered. Please keep pets leashed when outside.

Please note, we are in the eastern time zone. There is parking for 2-4 vehicles, dependent on size. Overflow parking may be available. Street parking is not allowed. A rental agreement will be sent before check in for the golf cart release.

Please do not flush anything down the toilet outside of toilet paper.
No glitter
No fish cleaning on premises.
No boat/trailer parking.
Renter must be 25+ years of age.

Our stay was even better than expected! The host was kind, quick to communicate, and offered great information when requested. And the house was lovely! The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to share and prepare meals as a large family. The golf cart was a wonderful addition to our stay, and made the beach easily accessible. The home was pet friendly, including a large Serta dog bed for our pup, doggy bags to clean up messes, and food and water bowls. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We have been using vacation rental services for years, both in and outside of the US. This is hands-down one of our favorites we've stayed in. Thank you for a great experience for our family!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very cozy and made is feel at home. The welcome card and goodie basket was perfect. I would suggest to add a ceiling fan on the back porch.

Lovely property! The golf cart and basket of beach towels were big winners...the kitchen (and grill outside) were well enjoyed. Comfortable beds/mattresses too. We loved everything. The development itself is nice, quiet, and expansive (golf cart helped with that). There weren't too many dining or shopping options without going to town, but that was okay for us as we loved hanging out at the property itself and Port St Joe was only 7-8mins away. Thank you!!
