"We had the only room in the place that had a rooftop of 15 air conditioner units right outside our window and lights that shone into the room at night. We are finding more and more that when we book through Hotel.com we get the least desirable rooms... Will probably not use again."

"This is a great house, and the host is amazing. We had a delay at the start due to Hurricane Isaias, and we contacted the host to extend at the end. We offered to pay for the extra day and were told "stay at no cost". Not typical host behavior. The house is in a neighborhood with the beach, pools, ..."
