“It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist.

“Have stayed here before and enjoyed it. The room this time was not nearly as nice. We were placed next to the stairs which was loud with also a lot of noise from above us. Seemed unnecessary as there weren't a lot of people there this night. Small bathroom with a loudly squeaking door and without a sink which was out in the room.”

“Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. ”

“Didn't know there was a pool. The floor in the motel room was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty the medicine cabinet needs to be cleaned out did not want to put my toothbrush in there and the shower could have been scrubbed too and cleaner shower curtain. The staff was over the top of helpful they were wonderful!”

“Our overall experience was great. While the decor and general vibe are straight out of the '80s (as you can see from the pictures), everything else was fine.
