「Had a booking with this property. Experienced a flat tire traveling to the location. Contacted them to discuss moving the reservation forward 2 days since the delay forced me to reschedule my meeting. Not only did the CSR, named Harry, do nothing to assist me, he was very droll in communications. It was as if he had no concerns for any of the troubles I had dealt with that day nor the issue with the property and the reservation. Plainly told me to contact Expedia. I will never stay or recommend...
