“This property is an excellent location for beach access and scenery. We even had deer greet us. The inside is outdated which makes it feel like it’s not clean. We were left with no toilet paper and garbage bags. TV has Roku and you need to create an account if you don’t have one. We’ve never had a rental without tv service. The property manager was quick at responding to our questions. Location is the #1 draw here.”

“The apartment was nicely renovated, modern, and had everything we needed if we had cooked. Accurate listing. Communication was excellent. The space was very quiet. Even when other guests arrived the last 2 nights of our stay, we could barely hear them. The train is across the street and not bothersome. The only concern we had was the neighborhood. But we stayed in at night, doing most of our activities before the sun went down. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going out after dark or alone. ”

“This retreat was exactly as advertised. Cute, quiet. Close to the beach and the dunes. A great home base for our family's adventures. And lots of towels which were much needed after several adventures to the beaches. ”

“Great location, the property was clean with the exception of there being fruit flies throughout the property. The WiFi signal wasnt strong enough for us to look up the weather or anything about the area. There were an adequate amount of cooking instruments as well as ”

“The house was very clean and all of the furniture was very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive. However, the houses on either side were a little sketchy and this is a two unit rental with full time tenants. You could hear everything through the walls and the tenants opened the shared door in the middle of the night. There was also a strong sulfur smell in the water. ”

“The first two nights of our 7 night stay was great. The studio is clean, decorated nicely. and in a great location. But unfortunate the boiler/heat of the studio did not function properly. It was uncomfortably cold by the third night. The studio thermostat was reading 57 degrees. Too cold to sleep!! When contacting the owner, she was well aware that the heat didn’t work properly and told us to use the small space heater that was located in the closet. “My partner myself and our Boston Terrier Ellie had a great stay! The loft was very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for walking distance to restaurants and breweries. The restaurant below was amazing and though a little noisy at times, it was not an issue & we didn’t mind since the host provided several sound machines. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“The property is beautiful. There are quite a few stairs to get to the penthouse, but once there, it was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very quiet. We would definitely stay there again!”
