“Was disappointed this time around. I spent 4 nights at the hotel and housekeeping never cleaned our room. I told the staff 3 days in a row that we needed towels and a change of trash, and I was told that housekeeping would take care of it, and they never did! I’m not a Karen but i’m extremely disappointed after spending close to $2000 and had to chase staff for work that should be done. “Amazing property. We stayed in the Luxury room (202) and were surprised that the photos did not even do it justice. It was a spacious room, well maintained property with free parking and great amenities.”

“There was no breakfast which was a total surprise however we were given $7 coupons to go to a muffin shop in town in the historic district to apply towards buying breakfast. That worked out well particularly because we met local people that were lively and gave us a sense of the town.”
