Located in a condominium with 2 swimming pools and only 40 m from the beach.Property composed of: entrance hall with wardrobe, bedroom with double bed and air conditioning (cold and hot), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette.Living room with balcony - View of Praia da Rocha.You have a parking space (24) in the Building's garage.NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.Note:- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older.- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use.
