Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in our spacious 130m² ground-floor apartment, designed to offer maximum comfort to your family or group of friends! Located in one of the quietest and most sought-after areas of Praia da Rocha, it is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and a short distance from the center of Portimão.



The Cozy Space



The "Presidente" apartment was thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

•1 Suite (160x200 bed) with an Italian shower.

•1 Large Bedroom with TV (150x200 bed) and a bunk bed (90x190).

•1 bathroom, fully renovated with Italian shower

•1 Living/Dining Room.

•Furnished: With all the necessary comfort.

•Equipped American Kitchen: Includes a ceramic hob, micro-wave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

•Technology: High-speed WIFI and Smart TV for your entertainment.

•Essential Amenities: Washing machine.

•Exterior: Private terrace facing southwest with outdoor furniture, perfect for al-fresco dining.

•Condo: Access to the Outdoor Pool (one for adults and one for children).

•Parking: Private parking located within the condominium.

The surrounding neighborhood has a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance, allowing you to do everything on foot.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and can use the condominium's private parking.
