Great staff, good clean room, excellent facilities. Been here multiple times now & things have only got better & they were very good the fist time. Love the area with lots of choices regarding food. Can't wait until the next time.

This property is great value and serves a great buffet breakfast. Great staff on hand and very helpful if needed. It is a great location for getting into Portimao city center as well as a short walk to the beach at Praia do Vau. All in all a great Villa to stay at.

The location worked well for us. While the hotel is not on the beachfront strip of portimao, it was just a few blocks to the beach. From there you can also walk along the cliffs into the main touristy area. If willing to walk about a mile or so you can access all of Portimão.

On my first night I found a HUGE cockroach in the bathroom. It was quite late and because there was no phone in the room I couldn’t call the front desk. Out of fear, I slept with the lights on for a few short, restless hours. The next morning, when I explained about the cockroach the front desk staff did not show any reaction or surprise. I was given a refund for the following nights but no compensation or genuine apology for the first night. In fact after checking out I had to ask for my city tax but they didn’t have enough change. Very disappointing- i travel a great deal but I’ve never seen a cockroach and it was disturbing! The building itself is a bit run down, getting old, and in need some updates. Also after sending a long email I got no response from the hotel.

Goede ervaring. Het was super netjes verblijf, vriendelijk personeel en alles was schoon. Ook gedurende de dag werd er rond het zwembad schoongemaakt. Zwembad was ook fijn en lag er goed bij. Elke ochtend stond er een erg uitgebreid ontbijt!
Wel belangrijk om te weten dat er een hotel is wat relatief nieuw is en er is een villa. Wij sliepen via Expedia in de villa,, dit betreft een oud pand dus erg gehorig (je hoort je buren). De bedden sliepen prima maar in oude gedeelte waren de bedden kleiner dan gewend (140 x 200).

Joli petit hôtel à taille humaine. Propre, bien situé, proche très belle plage et superbe balade dans les falaises. Personnels à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner super, varié et complet au bord de la piscine.
