This residence has entertainment for children and communal swimming pools (june to sept-access extra to pay) and it is only 350m from the sea. This is a lovely corner villa with 3 bedrooms, one with balcony, and bathroom with toilet upstairs and downstairs a living room with equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet. Outside a terrace with porch-roof and hedges and one parking place in front of the garage (access). Equipments: washing machine, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, TV, combinated, oven/micro-wave, toaster, hot boiler, combinated fridge/freezer, extra small fridge,iron +table, sun loungers, garden table and chairs, ... INTERNET ACCESS wifi-CLEANING FEES INCLUDED- NO PETS
