Very pleased with how clean the room was, the bed was comfortable. Our flight had a 2 hour delay and we were anle checked in at 1:30am.

The room was super clean, so much so that I left a tip for the maid. The parking lot was clean. And one thing I really liked was that there was a trash can on the second floor so that we could dump food, trash and not have to go far from our rooms.

Surprisingly good facility - clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds - was better than we expected. We lost one of our keycards - they replaced it with no problems or charge (we later found it so returned it on checkout). Definitely recommend this place - it's not the absolute best - but it's way above average in my opinion.

Friendly staff at check in - allowed us in a few minutes early, with no fee. Room was clean, warm and well lit. I missed having a table on one side of the bed and the heating/cooling unit is very loud. Otherwise no complaints.

Exactly what we wanted--low price, safe, clean, up to date. have to pay for gyms, pools, complimentary breakfasts that we never use. I would be happy to stay in a similar place anywhere in the world.

It was only about a 20 min drive to Portland and Kennebunkport. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. The room was ok, looked a little old but still good enough. The advertised breakfast was awful. It was just coffee in a corner with small snacks next to it

When you are looking for a bed and a shower and don't want to pay high prices - this was an excellent value! Everything was clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a place that is fancy or has lots of frills - this isn't it, but for a good place to lay your head down - Great!
