We had a horrible time at your place. The studios were dirty and the restroom did not work, with the sink being clogged overnight. There were ripped curtains being held by binder clips and the bedding had several strands of someone else’s hair. We checked out after one night, with 3 nights left. And when we checked out early, your front desk attendant said we should get a refund for the days not spent there. We called Expedia and they attempted to call you and emailed you several times, but no one answered. We’re not getting a refund apparently, and we did not like that how you present your accommodations is nothing like they actually are. Beware, folks, DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE! THIS PLACE IS BAD BAD NEWS! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would!

This place was so dirty. There was so much dust and cobwebs collected behind the TV, random stains on the walls and curtains as well. Floors were not clean and the room had a very musty unpleasant smell to it. Would never stay again.

there were strange stains on the floor, the shower had mould in it, the towels had other peoples hair in it. Took a shower and then pretty much just left the hotel and booked a new one. The parking was very secure though which was appreciated

The sheets are clean, the pillows are moldy. The towels physically hurt to use. The toilet paper was porta-potty quality. Great location; there were many bus stops nearby as well as shops and restaurants. Solid 4/10 option, there are definitely far far worse out there.

We found a mystery brown substance tracked all over the floor in our room and soaked into the carpets! The bathroom was definitely untouched as well, it smelled strongly of feces the moment the door was opened! We found another big brown spot by the toilet & the toilet was *seasoned*!

Great place! It's an awesome location in a hip spot. Clean rooms and kind staff, it's a bit dated but it's well kept and has the essentials you need. The motel has a gated lot, which is nice, but a bit confusing at first off a visit road. Not suitable for anything with a high clearance but my Tundra got in find.

It was gated for security which was good but the key cards to operate it and our room failed 4 times during our 3 day booking requiring going to the office. The old motel was refurbished but the outcome was very mediocre. No amenities at all The TV volume could not be turned down with the remote. It was not too terrible for the price but overall a disappointment. We won’t even consider returning there.

We did not stay. I've only left a hotel room one other time in my life. Live flies (plural) in the bathroom, random marks all over the walls and counters of undeterminable source, a random vial of gross oil based "room scent" balanced on the top of the mirror, a stained chair. Didn't even check the bed because we weren't gonna stay but they gave us the wrong size bed. Requested a refund, was politely told no, said no problemand left anyway.
