「Upon arrival the clerk was nice and helpful. Only after taking my card, and completing my booking, they informed me the electronic key card system for the room doors was not working. They told me not to worry, and that they had a "backup" key card to get into the room. The problem is that the "backup" key only unlocked the door the first time it was used, and then the door stayed unlocked....for good. Which would be fine, if we'd have stayed in our room for the rest of the night, but we wanted...
