The room was dirty, the tv did not work, someone walked into one of the rooms that wasnt supposed to. The toilet stopped working for both rooms at one point. The rooms smelled of mildew and old air. The staff were nice but not helpful. One of our keycards stopped working in the middle of the night so we had to get a new one to get in. Overall a terrible stay.

5 stars for room cleanliness and 3 for outside of room including the elevator. Hotel is in a great area 12-15 from downtown and parks. There’s a shopping mall right across with restaurants and Kohl’s. Just a side note: motel is also used as housing for the displaced. I would stay here again.

L'emplacement n'est pas central, il est à côté de l'autoroute. La chambre etait ok, par contre il n'y a pas de shampoo/conditionnel, juste du savon. Aussi, le corridor sent tres mauvais, ca sent l'urine. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Hotel needs updating very dirty.Got into my room.TV didn't work properly.No coffee pot no microwave no refrigerator stop was very rude. Wouldn't even change my room for me. Babe, save a total of 4 hours and then checked out. Avoid this hotel.
