Stay like a local in this brand new listing - a two bedroom Portland neighborhood home. Newly renovated from top to bottom, this bright and clean 1962 home features a dedicated room for work or yoga/exercise/relaxing. Great for work or vacation!

Easy access to downtown, Foster-Powell, Woodstock neighborhood, the Mt. Scott Community Center and fitness center, neighborhood parks, local music, food carts, all the necessities, and the beautiful hikes just outside of town.

Absolutely terrific!

My wife and I have stayed in a lot of short term rentals, and this is definitely one of the very best. First off all, as of Spring 2024, the entire house is newly renovated. Everything feels brand new, from furniture to appliances to bathroom to the comfortable beds, sheets, towels. Everything you could want was provided, coffee pot, keurig, water boiler, coffee, fresh creamer, bottled water, spices, oil, shampoo and conditioner, everything you need. The internet is fast and the tv is a nice big flatscreen. The furniture is new and comfortable, the open floor plan kitchen/living room/dining room is perfect. Very little clean-up was required on checking out - just run the dishwasher. Parking is right in the driveway in front of the house. The host quickly responded to our few questions. My wife and I unconditionally recommend this rental! We are looking forward to staying here many times in the future.
