Summary:

Three-bedroom, two-bath upper home for up to six guests on SE Division. The reservation includes three queen bedrooms, both bathrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit laundry, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and the driveway on the right side of the house.



The Space:

This is the three-bedroom version of a four-bedroom upper home. Exactly three queen bedrooms and both bathrooms are included. The fourth bedroom must remain locked and is not part of the reservation.



Guest Access:

Use the front porch entrance and the physical key lockbox mounted to the left of the front door. The fixed code is shown only in the secure guest portal. Do not enter or use the excluded fourth bedroom, even if a door was mistakenly left open; message us so the room can be secured. The separate lower-level unit is not included.



The Neighborhood:

The home is on SE Division near restaurants, cafes, shops, and neighborhood services.



Getting Around:

The driveway on the right is reserved for the upper home. Any street parking is public, first-come, and subject to posted signs and restrictions.



Other Things to Note:

The fireplace is decorative only and must not be lit. A separate lower-level unit may be occupied by another reservation. The home is directly on SE Division, so street noise may be audible. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
