Our private and spacious three-bedroom home sits in a historic building at the heart of the eclectic SE Division District - home to many of Portland's top-rated restaurants and bars, vintage shops, and some of the best people-watching around.
The Space:
Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion.
The living room is cozy and relaxed, with new windows streaming plenty of natural light and a comfy couch to kick back on. Overlooking Portland's newest bridge crossing: Tilikum. Those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching movies on the 50" LED flat-screen TV. While we don't have cable, you'll have access to Netflix and blazing-fast WiFi for streaming. Also, Please note that the house has a unit down below that can be rented too, as a whole house or just the upper part or the latter.
If you feel like eating in, there's a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a big farmhouse-style table in the spacious dining room to easily host your crew - not to mention a grocery store a few blocks away.
After spending the day walking, shopping, and eating, you'll love coming home to the super comfy queen-size beds in each of the bedrooms. You can comfortably sleep 6 people in this home!
The Neighborhood:
Talk about location! This is often referred to as Foodie row. You are a hop skip and a jump away from to two hot streets in Portland (Hawthorne and Division). There are many shops and restaurants that you can get lost in! You will even find a coffee roaster inside a double-decker bus! If vintage shopping, lifestyle boutiques, and novelty gift shops are your thing, you'll need a could days to work through Division.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this home is near some train tracks that can make some noise during the day.
There is no parking onsite. There is free street parking with a 2 hour limit from 8am - 7pm in front of the house. And then just 3-4 blocks away there is a neighborhood with no time limit parking. I'll send a map of where the unlimited free parking is. It's a short walk away and the house is near the train railways so if you are sensitive with sounds, kindly pack a earbuds.
