The Neighborhood:
Kerns is Portland’s rising star. Featured by TimeOut as the Coolest Neighborhood in the U.S., it’s where creative energy meets convenience. The neighborhood is home to some of the city’s best food, like Screen Door, Canard, Petite Provence, and Lucca, plus cozy coffee shops, bakeries, taprooms, and Whole Foods just a short stroll away.
Tree-lined streets make it ideal for walking, and nearby cultural venues like Revolution Hall and Laurelhurst Theater offer classic Portland experiences. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a family trip, or a work retreat, this location puts you at the center of it all.

These townhouses share walls and the property is nestled near a freeway - while the new construction windows keep things relatively quiet inside, urban noises can be audible at any given time.
