"Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."

"We stayed for 3 nights over a Weekend in March, and even with iffy (cold, bit rainy) it was wonderful. House is exactly as shown in the pics - immaculate -- with unexpected beautiful views from not only the family room (with huge expanse of glass including out onto the patio) but also from the master and from the kitchen. The setting at the end of the street means you get both water and headline views, with nothing in between, and walk directly unto the headland trails. Big kitchen, big dining...

"A perfect property for two persons wanting to relax in a peaceful environment with plenty of local walking options, and a great view of the river from the breakfast area and outdoor terrace. "Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. "We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

"The house has a view of the River Fowey from the living room and the MBR! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with COMFORTABLE couches and beds. We slept like babies here! It is at the end of the little town of Fowey near the car park ( very convenient if you have a car). Being in Fowey is like going back in time.. it is beautiful, with only one tiny one way street. No car noises! Wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby for cooking at the house in the lovely kitchen....

"A lovely hotel overlooking the sea. Elegant decor which gave the hotel a sophisticated feel. Our room was large and comfortable. The lift was faulty when we were there but assistance was offered with suitcases. Table service at breakfast accompanied with a buffet of cereal, breads and fruit. A little disappointed that there was a supplement to be paid for fish having already paid extra when booking breakfast. Overall a very nice stay."
