Maison charmante dans un environnement très bruyant
Nous sommes très déçues de cette location. La route juste en contrebas de la maison génére une nuisance importante, le trafic est incessant.... Aucun produit à disposition pour se prémunir des fourmis envahissantes malgré les précautions prises. Dommage la maison est bien aménagée et sympathique.

Ho trascorso una settimana da sogno con mio marito e due coppie di amici storici in questa Villa. Molto bella, pulita, elegante, arredata con grande gusto ci ha fatto vivere la gioia di avere il mare ai nostri piedi, con una vista mozzafiato da una grande vetrata nel salone. Camere spaziose, letti comodissimi, bagni comodi e cucina funzionale e spaziosa. Giardino e patio comodi e arredati con gusto. Se proprio dobbiamo dire una cosa negativa, il fatto di essere a monte della strada provinciale la rende sgradevolmente un po' troppo rumorosa. Altri aspetti negativi proprio non ne abbiamo trovati. Nel complesso, un ottimo soggiorno, senza dubbi.

casa molto accogliente, non manca nulla!
È stato come essere a casa propria con il vantaggio di essere a 2 passi porto azzurro con il mare di fronte. Cene splendide sotto il patio. Unica nota stonata la strada che in alcuni orari risulta un po' fastidiosa ma tutto il resto del contesto mitiga questo aspetto. Ideale per 2- 3 coppie che vogliano condividere una vacanza in compagnia o per una famiglia numerosa TORNEREMO!

L’accoglienza e la casa sono molto ospitali. La casa, come segnalato dal proprietario, è collocata al di sopra della strada provinciale, fra Porto Azzurro e Capoliveri, entrambe vicine. Nei momenti di maggiore traffico, se ci si trova all’esterno dell’abitazione qualche scampolo di conversazione può andare perduto, ma la vista stupenda, che si gode anche dall’interno della casa, compensa ampiamente, ai miei occhi, il modesto disagio. Inoltre, chiusa la porta, i rumori restano fuori. Gli spazi interni sono molto ben distribuiti e arredati con gusto. In cucina non manca niente. I materassi delle camere matrimoniali sono doppi singoli. Si mangia volentieri sia nell’ampio soggiorno interno, sia all’esterno, in entrambi i casi con la vista del mare. Una stufa a legna dall’ottimo tiraggio ci ha permesso di riscaldare bene il soggiorno, nelle sere più fresche. Nelle camere da letto, invece, ci si può riscaldare con i condizionatori d’aria. Ottimo soggiorno.

Genial mit Wermutstropfen der Strasse
Das Haus ist super und sehr geschmackvoll! Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit super Aussicht! Was für uns nicht einfach war, die tagsüber stark befahrene Strasse ( man hört sie, sieht sie aber nicht, da das Grundstück erhöht ist.
