“What a gem of a find, it started with the excellent & timely communication from the hotel staff. The staff are amazing, so happy, friendly and welcoming Upon arrival we were greeted in the street and walked into the hotel, by a very friendly staff member. We then discovered a very clean, very Italian styled, lots of cool marble, and cactus, a beautiful hotel. Rooms are cool with aircon. “Todo súper solo encontré un pañuelo para Desmaquillar en la colcha y pelos en la regadera y de último momento vimos unas hormigas abajo de una recámara , por eso mis 4 estrellas de limpieza . Pero son pequeños detalles ”

“La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. C'è un piccolo bar dove si può fare colazione (a costo extra). ”

“Sehr schönes Haus . Sehr gut ausgestattet und nicht weit vom Zentrum von Oria entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Der Empfang der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und das Anwesen ist ein Traum groß ruhig sehr schön für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Die Gastgeber Rosy und Salvatore sind sofort da wenn man etwas braucht sei es eine Info oder hilfe bei etwas sie sind echt toll. Im Haus gibt es eigentlich alles was man braucht nur eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht aber Rosy bietet einen Waschservice an. Ich kann es nu weiter empfehlen und wir freuen uns schon wenn wir wieder bei Rosy und Salvatore sind.”

“Il villino Carlotta è un posto incantevole e delizioso con tutti i confort e Tiziano un bravissimo host e che insieme alla sua famiglia ci ha coccolato con prelibatezze locali. Checkin rapido e comodo, la cucina aveva tutto il necessario posate stoviglie caffettiera, ecc la casa ben pulita, il wifi buono sa ogni angolo della casa. Il climatizzatore raffresca tutte le stanze. Il salento è un posto magico e “lu ientu” ci ha fatto godere splendide serate nel patio arricchito con ottima carne cotta……

“Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr schöner Architektur. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher sowie ein Kühlschrank standen uns zur Verfügung wie auch eine Küche (haben wir nicht genutzt). Das Schlafsofa war etwas ungemütlich und auch dass die Unterkunft einen großen Raum darstellt (keine räumliche Abtrennung), könnte bereits in der Beschreibung stehen. War in unserem Fall nicht schlimm, wäre dennoch schön gewesen zu wissen. Alles in allem war es eine wunderbare Unterkunft……

“Initially we were disappointed as there were only 3 bedrooms in the villa. The 4th bedroom is in the garden 50 metres from the nearest entrance to the villa with no toilet.We had a very good holiday as we visited nearby towns and villages, walked along the coast and relaxed in the beautiful garden.”

“Nous avos adoré notre sejour. Le gite est situé a l'écart de la cohue et donc pratique pour faire la decouverte de la region en voiture. Les plages de Torre Lapillo et Porto Cesareao sont tres achalandées et donc nous avons aimée des spots plus au nord (fiume Chidro). Merci a Francesco et Flavio pour votre gentillesse!”
