Lage der Wohnung war super, alles wichtige war zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerding ging im Bad die Heizung und die nicht und das Wasser in der Dusche ich nicht richtig abgelaufen. Im Wohnraum hat das Sofa gefehlt, stattdessen stand ein Bett im Raum, das aber nicht als Sof genutzt werde konnte. Auf dem Balkon, der in den hässlichen und dreckigen Hinterhof ging, stand ein Aschenbeche mit Wasser und alten Zigaretten. Der Vermieter hat fast immer schnell auf Anfragen reagiert, nur nicht auf die Email mit unseren Kritikpunkten, die wir gleich am 2. Tag gemeldet haben, hierzu gab es keine Reaktion. Zusammengefasst: Lage super, Wohnung mittelmäßig

We loved our stay here and would happily return! Our family of five booked Unit #5 (top floor) for a four-day fall visit and it matched the listing exactly. Pros: Friendly staff right next door during business hours: Fluent in English and very responsive (replaced a lightbulb, shared laundry instructions). Good wifi, including for video calls. Very comfortable beds, including the sofa bed, which was large and made up on arrival. Clean linens and nice shower (no tub). Easy check-in/check-out. Felt like "classic" Porto - in an older building with window frames made of stone, hardwood floors, views of pretty tiled facades. Good sound insulation in windows (quiet for us, might be loud with windows open?). Good location near restaurants (our family loved the Barbarita Tapas Bar across the street); we walked everywhere without needing public transit. Cons: Basic/small kitchen - fine for simple meal prep, but nothing elaborate (no dishwasher). Some creaky floorboards in our unit, but we never heard other guests. Single outlets by beds - had to choose between charging phones or using bedside lamps. Bathroom small but functional (with wall-mounted towel warmer). Coffee pods not provided (but coffee maker available and good cafe just down the street). No elevator, but great for an active family who doesn't mind climbing stairs for a good view. Thanks for a great stay!

Appartement très bien situé à proximité immédiate de l’hypercentre, de très bons restaurants moins bondés de touristes, tout en restant au calme. Les communs sont très beaux et propres. Les équipements de l’appartement sont suffisants. Il manque juste un peu de rafraîchissement de certains équipements (table, chaises, grille-pain, …) qui mériteraient d’être remplacés. Un très bon séjour néanmoins !

A good location with lovely shops and eating places around. Eduardo at reception was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help and advise. I was generally happy with the apartment and the bed was comfy. I had everything I needed for 4 nights. A few small niggles though… The terrace area overlooks a horrible dirty courtyard and tables and chair for sitting badly need replaced. Shower needs drain unblocked as tray filled up quickly. Extremely noisy above from others moving around until late at night. It is not a huge deal as silence after midnight until around 7am. The sofa bed desperately needs replaces as it is spoiling look of whole room. Would benefit from pictures on the wall and a refresh of paint but it was not a huge deal. A telly in bedroom area would have been handy as I saw there were existing cables for one. I would in general recommend apartment for a short stay. Be aware no lift and stairs turn and are narrow for those with mobility issues.

El alojamiento es bastante céntrico y el proceso de check in online es muy sencillo. Asimismo, el apartamento está bastante bien equipado. El único inconveniente que encontramos es que la ropa de cama olía a humedad, quizás porque no se había secado bien antes de ponerla, pero en general, recomendaría el alojamiento.

Whe had a great stay in the apartment. It was our second time in Porto and enjoyed realy the freedom of having an apartment where you can cook and taste from what it is like “living in Porto”. The apartment had all the facilities needed. Loved the interior with small vintage details picked up from a local thriftshop or -market. It almost looked like my own apartment. I especially loved the window shutters. The cleanliness could be a little better especially the carpet in the living toom could use an extra cleaning. Also the coffee machine could not be used. I first thought it was a Nespresso machine. Unfortunately I was wrong it was from an unknown brand, so I could not make coffee. I would havre preferred a regular coffee brewer instead. These machines are not that expensive and this way everyone can make coffee with grounds they like. In general I would highly recommend a stay here on your next trip to Porto if you look for a nice and good located place.

Repetiremos sin duda.

La estancia fue muy agradable, empezando por la atención. Cuando llegamos nos estaban esperando y recibimos las llaves enseguida. El apartamento muy limpio y cómodo. Quizá el baño un poco pequeño. Todas las mañanas nos despertaron obras en el edificio contiguo donde estaban tirando paredes. Pero esta situación es ajena al hotel. Con todo, muy bien ubicado y cerca de una zona estupenda para comer y desayunar.

Amazing location! Great comfort!

I highly recommend this hotel! It is excellent quality for the price. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was really nice and there is a little supermarket 5 minutes away on foot. Very clean. The check in was very easy and the guy was really nice. He gave us a map and explained where to visit.

인포가 없으니 사전 연락 필수

숙소 앞 도착했을 때 이 호텔이 인포메이션이 없다는 걸 알았어요. 반드시 예약하기 전 꼭 확인해서 연락하고 가세요.. 080으로 시작하는 메인에 있는 번호는 연결도 안되구요 2박 예약했는데 숙소 앞에서 들어가지도 못하고 한참을 헤매다가 결국 다른 숙소에서 1박하고 어떻게 연락하고 연락해서 번호 알게돼서 둘째날 체크인했어요 미리 확인 못한 제 실수도 있지만, 메인에 나온 번호도 잘못 되어있었구 혼자 여행 중이다보니 참 막막한 그 때의 감정은 잊을 수가 없어요 ㅠㅠ 숙소 내부는 깔끔하고 좋아요.
