The place was not that clean. The blankets are dirty. One of The bathrooms have mold on the ceiling. The shower door leaked water through it and we had to squeeze the towel many times while the other showered not to have water on the floor seep through the floor below. No fans. The worst was not being provided with the entry code or information on weather this location is legitimate. Created so much anxiety. Thank God the restaurant owner where we ate help make some phone calls to help get manager to provide information. The facility provided a side which did not give any information on the entry of the rental property. We understand that the check in is 3. We arrived at 2 requesting if we could leave our luggage in the property. Manager was not cordial or courteous. Instead they waited until after 4 pm to provide us with the code to enter. Absolutely ridiculous. This was our second visit in Portugal and we are extremely disappointed. Definitely would not recommend this place.
