Basic, small, convenient to drive to Free parking. Not too noisy. Convenient for a 1 night stop outside Porto. Non existent directions as to how to actually find the place. It’s not obvious as you have to park at the back of blocks of buildings, walk through an arch and then find the flats. Being called ‘guest ready’ is not a useful title to help find the place - it’s the name of the management company or similar. It’s very small but has everything you need in a basic way. All adequate.
