This 80m², three-bedroom house is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking relaxation and comfort. Spread across three floors, it offers ample space and thoughtful amenities to make your stay truly enjoyable.
The open-plan living area invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals and moments.
The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals, featuring a stove, oven, and microwave. For your convenience, the house also comes with a washer and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs.
The bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind: the first and second bedrooms each feature a cosy double bed, while the third offers a bunk bed, all dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The 2.5 bathrooms provide all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable stay..
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please note that the apartment is located in a historic part of the city, and access is not recommended for people with low mobility or children.

Nestled in the peaceful yet vibrant Lapa district of Porto, the property offers a perfect blend of local charm and urban convenience. This location is ideal for travellers looking to experience the authentic side of Porto while staying connected to the city’s main attractions.
A short stroll from the apartment leads you to the historic Igreja da Lapa, an iconic 18th-century church that stands as a testament to Porto’s rich cultural heritage. For those seeking a taste of the city’s culinary scene, the area is home to diverse dining options such as O Travessa, serving traditional Portuguese dishes, and Restaurante Sidraria Celta Endovélico, known for its unique Celtic-inspired menu. For a fusion of international flavours, ZA IN PORTO is a must-visit.
The bustling Mercado do Bolhão, where fresh produce and local delicacies abound, is approximately 15 minutes on foot, offering a true Porto experience. Further along, the iconic Avenida dos Aliados is within a 20-minute walk, where you can admire the grand architecture and lively atmosphere that define the city centre.
Daily conveniences are well-covered, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and local shops scattered throughout the neighbourhood. In terms of transportation, the area is well-connected with nearby bus stops and metro stations, making it easy to explore the rest of Porto and its surroundings.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest subway station, Lapa, is just a 9-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
