This apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a microwave, a fridge, and an oven.

The apartment also includes a beautiful terrace, where guests can sunbathe or enjoy outdoors meals.

The bedrooms contain a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)
