For us it was really good The reactivity of the support teams: the remote service is of very high quality in the event of a problem. The charm of the little streets around, the peace and quiet at all hours. Very pleasant apartment. No parking in the residence as indicated on booking. Heavy traffic in Porto, but plenty of parking in town. No microwaves or toasters, but plenty of food all around. For those with mobility problems, please note that the streets are very, very steep.
