This fantastic rooftop apartment is tastefully furnished and exceptionally well located in Porto's downtown. Its wooden ceilings and floor give you a homely feeling, and this is an ideal home for up to 3 guests. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible only by stairs.
The nice, open-space seating area is the perfect spot to relax after a fun day in the city: it is furnished with a convertible sofa (for 1 guest) and a TV, placed next to the dining area, that comfortably seats 4. To ensure maximum comfort, the bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed prepared with complimentary hotel-quality linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware for delicious meals, including a cooking plate, microwave, microwave, and coffee machine, among others, to whip up a delicious meal.
The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower and toilet.
Fresh linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries will also be conveniently supplied.
The apartment has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your health and safety.

Fontainhas is one of the most typical neighborhoods in Porto and also the area where you'll be able to take the most impressive photos of the river area! Lots of breathless views are awaiting you at this natural viewpoint!
This is the main picturesque place for the local, popular St. John festivities in June, a fantastic place to watch the fireworks on June 23rd and the area still remains quite authentic, with traditional restaurants, antique and second-hand shops and local families living there for decades.
You can really walk from here to anywhere in Porto city center: Ponte do Infante, for instance, is 300 m away from Home and so is Praça dos Poveiros, a vibrant and busy meals spot in the city. You will get to the great, iron D. Luis bridge upper level, to the Cathedral or to Aliados Av., within a short 10 minutes walk!
The trip to/from Porto Airport by car takes around 30 minutes or 50 minutes if using the metro and bus options.
Several bus lines are available, within a 300m walking distance and also the metro's nearest stations (S.Bento or 24 de Agosto) are 10 minutes away, only.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
