The Space:
There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious and bright living room with flat-screen TV, cable channels and Wi-Fi, sofa, dining table and balcony. There is a bathroom with towels provided and a first aid kit.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in downtown Porto, in the cultural and tourist center of the city, where the fun happens! The street is located opposite the emblematic Bolhão Market, close to Avenida dos Aliados and the Clérigos Tower. There are restaurants, supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies and stores nearby.

At night, the Galerias de Paris area is one of the liveliest places in the whole city.

Getting Around:
You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request).

You also have access to a wide range of public transportation options.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the additional costs.

The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.

We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon request).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request).

Perfect location

Place mats were dirty. No kitchen cloth to dry the dishes, No mention of having to walk up 42 stairs, We also didn’t know it was close to the Metro and we could have taken it from the airport, we did take it to the airport for our flight home, under 3 euros versus a 30 euro cab ride The location was absolutely perfect!
