The Space:
The apartment features a cosy living room with a small French balcony, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials, including a dining table, ideal for preparing and enjoying your meals. The double bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, ensures a good night’s sleep. The full bathroom, with all necessary amenities, provides added comfort. For your convenience, the apartment also offers air conditioning, a Smart TV with a cable box, and free Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Enjoy all amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a comfortable and convenient stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the vibrant heart of the city, the apartment is situated on Rua de Santa Catarina, Porto’s main shopping street. Just a short walk away, you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, and cafés, perfect for an authentic experience. The famous Capela das Almas and Via Catarina Shopping are within walking distance, offering leisure and shopping options. For culture lovers, Café Majestic and Teatro de São João are nearby. Bolhão Metro Station, 700 metres away, provides easy access to other parts of the city. São Bento Station, with bus line 500, is an excellent option for exploring the Ribeira, the riverside, Foz, and the Mercado de Matosinhos.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (please contact us for pricing). The apartment’s prime location at Rua de Santa Catarina 1044, 4000-244 Porto, Portugal, provides easy access to an extensive public transport network. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, allowing quick access to various parts of the city and connections to other transport options, such as trains and buses. For those travelling by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is conveniently located, with public transport and taxi options available to reach the apartment. Paid parking is available nearby if needed.
Other Things to Note:
Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!
There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 on the cost of water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, and monthly visits are planned for this purpose.
We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just have to ask (consult us for the price)
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (ask us for prices)
