The greatest thing about this apt was the LOCATION <3. Super clean and beautiful decor. We had the 4th floor with amazing view of Porto. The apt has just what you need as a traveler. Getting in contact with the host wasn't the greatest. For what ever reason, the system didn't register my documents and didn't let me finish my check in. I had limited internet access while my trip in Europe and it was a challenge to get check in instructions.

There was no mention of the stairs on anything we read before we went. We were on the 4th floor and anyone with mobility issues would struggle getting to their room. Locating the front door was difficult too. There should be more visible signage on the outside door. Unfortunately, check in relies on internet access which can be a problem. Having said this, the room was clean, spacious, and well equipped and if it had easier access we would definitely book it again. The welcome gift of wine and biscuits was a lovely surprise.

Super séjour à Porto

Appartement très conforme à la description et très bien placé géographiquement. Bouteille de vin et gâteaux offerts, sympa. Juste un peu d’humidité dans la salle de bain et escalier assez raide pour monter la valise. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Agréablement surprise de l’ambiance festive de Porto (surtout à la Sao João) Séjour trop court, nous reviendrons.

Det var svært at finde lejligheden, da indgangspartiet var meget anonymt. Selve lejligheden var fin, men badeværelset bar præg af at have været fugtigt (skjolder i loft osv). Trappen op til lejligheden var meget stejl og glat at gå nedad. Lejligheden havde en god beliggenhed.

Good, but needs a few improvements

A pretty nice flat in a great location. Supermarket right across the street and walkable to everything in the city, basically. A couple of things to improve: Needs a good kitchen knife, bread knife and hooks in the bathroom. One of the Moka pots had a piece missing so didn't work. There were a couple of things broken when we arrived but nothing major, and it could have done with a better clean.

Sort the mould out guys.

Well I wouldn’t say it was a lavish as it looks in the pics. The bathroom was covered in black mould. There is a building directly next door getting fully renovated which isn’t the worst but there was no napping here along with a dog being left outside in a court yard out back back during working hours that would bark constantly all day. The freezer door was broken and hanging on for dear life which meant it never closed and made the fridge a freezer so we couldn’t use that stop store anything with it freezing over. There was human poo at the front door one night and stayed there for 3 nights or more leaving a bad small the whole way up the stairs and you will hear everyone coming in out at night time as it’s a walk up. Views from the windows were nice and bed was cosy enough.

The location was amazing but everything else was awful unfortunately. Expedia had to help with getting the access code for check in (hours late), the fridge wasn’t working and the air conditioner leaked constantly. Cleanliness was sub par and there was mold due to the leaking appliances. I tried to contact Lovely Stay several times over a couple of days and didn’t get any response. I would not recommend Lovely Stay properties…
