Very nice place - but poor responsiveness

We very much liked the apartment. It was spacious, modern, and had a nice balcony. Kitchen was well appointed and there were some condiments available. Locationwise, it was just outside the main tourist area. This made it a quiet stay but it was close enough to get inexpensive Bolt/Uber rides to attractions. The only problem was that the washer/dryer unit failed while our wash was still in it. We communicated with the host who said help would be sent, but no one came for 2 days - until 9:00 PM on the evening before we left. Nonetheless, we cleaned up after ourselves (we are neat >65 year old seniors) to minimize the efforts of the cleaning staff. So, weirdly, we would stay there again- if there was a reassurance of improved host responsiveness
