It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors.

Die Unterkunft ist mitten im Zentrum von Porto, sodass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist ansonsten gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel eine Bahnstation. Der Empfang war schön und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr angesprochen und das Zimmer schön gestaltet mit einem kleinem Balkon. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hotel is perfectly situated to benefit from local attractions with a metro station close by. Hotel was very quiet and all air conditioned so nice and cool of a day and evening. Staff are excellent and cater for your needs, special mention to Laianna the chef who catered specially for all my allergens. The hotel is exquisite, rooms are very good and all soundproofed. Joanna was the first person we met and was great in helping me set up a Portuguese phone number so I could access Uber. Hot and cold buffet breakfast was delicious. Some great restaurants only a few feet away from the Editory boulevard hotel. We will stay here again.

This boutique hotel was quite the find. Smartly appointed and well maintained; the location was right on the main plaza downtown. A couple of things stood out. The front desk staff were fantastic; professional, courteous, very helpful. The restaurant was an unexpected joy as the chef (Leoni?) put together a superb meal for us and stopped by to chat and talk about the food. Our server (I've forgotten her name but she's a young lady with an eipc fro) was fantastic as well. Also, I'd be remiss in not mentioning the breakfast manager who ran the morning's meals; she was the bomb. She was like a conductor of a symphonic orchestra directing staff to cater to the needs of their customers all the while she pitched in with a wink and a smile making sure everyone was prepared to hit the streets for their day's activities. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Porto. It was clean and beautifully designed. Pedro welcomed us with so much care and patience, elevating the whole experience. He even provided us a departure gift! We will definitely coming back to stay at this hotel when we come back to Porto in the future.

The location and decor were super. The gym was minimally equipped and was not serviced frequently so the water had run out both times I used it . The staff are friendly and helpful but they may be short staffed. The bar was unmanned when I visited.

Well appointed hotel in a super location. Room was very comfortable and quite. Had drinks in the bar which was interesting and unique. Pool looked great sadly I forgot a barhing suit! Would definitely recommend any hotel in the group
