Pros: Die Kommunikation mit Roberto war sehr freundlich. Er gab uns hilfreiche Tipps und zeigte sich sehr kulant und entgegengekommend, als wir nicht wie geplant anreisen konnten, weil unsere Fähre nach Porto Santo wg. schlechter Wetterbedingungen zwei Tage lang ausfiel.
