RAZOÁVEL

Nossa estadia foi razoável. O hotel traz a praticidade de estar próximo ao aeroporto e a passarela (uma caminha de 1km significativa. Nós ficamos no inicio da viagem lá 3 dias e depois no retorno, o preço e custo beneficio era bom, mas no retorno me aborreci muito com barulho dentro do hotel de viajantes, nos corredores dos quartos, sem nenhum controle do hotel sobre a gritaria, festa na piscina que é próxima dos quartos com muito barulho e som alto. O café da manhã é razoável, simples, sugiro melhorar a qualidade dos bolos que pelo que pude ver fazem no dia anterior e colocam na geladeira, ficam duros. Precisam monitorar o barulho nos corredores. Quartos limpos, camas confortáveis, frigobar.

Excelente custo-benefício. Excelente localização. Entorno silencioso. Restaurantes e mercado por perto. Cama confortável, chuveiro quente, lençóis, fronhas e toalhas limpas. Café da manhã exemplar. Preço da diária excelente. Wi-fi funcionou plenamente. Recepção deu toda informação necessária. A limpeza do banheiro pode melhorar. Não recolheram o lixo e havia teia de aranha com traça próximo ao espelho. Voltaria a ficar novamente.

Não fizeram limpeza de quarto em 3 dias que fiquei hospedada , o check-in demorou ultrapassando o horário das 14 hrs descrito nas condições do hotel , ar condicionado com defeito pingando água e fazendo barulho a noite toda .

Nossa estadia no hotel foi de apenas uma noite. Fomos bem atendidos desde antes da reserva. O hotel não é super confortável, mas atendeu à finalidade e é compatível com o preço praticado, ainda mais pela região em que está localizado. O café da manhã foi agradável! Algumas sugestões: a) compra de roupas de cama e banho novas (embora saiba que é um investimento alto, as que estão em uso já estão bem desgastadas); b) o banheiro que ficamos estava com a ponta da pia quebrada, o que precisa ser arrumado.

Superou muito as minhas expectativas!

Minha experiência foi maravilhosa! fiquei receosa devido as notas que deram anteriormente, mas era o que eu podia pagar! Vale lembrar que o hotel possui 3 estrelas, é simples, familiar e garante exatamente tudo que paguei, não tive a chance de ficar nos apartamentos com varanda me informaram que eram melhores ainda devido a rede, mas fiquei no apt.225. Era um apartamento grande, bem espaçoso mesmo, tinha TV, ar condicionado mesmo que não sendo slipt, gelava muito mesmo! O café da manhã cheio de variedades, de acordo as fotos vistas e até um pouquinho mais em um dos dias da minha estadia. Sinceramente, não tenho do que reclamar, paguei barato, fui super bem recebido, os recepcionista, pessoal da cozinha, da administração, todos super gentis. Tudo que eu precisei, solicitei na recepção e eles foram me ajudando, eu não tenho do que reclamar!

Reservei a estadia no hotel pois meu voo chegava em Porto Seguro próximo de 00h e, por isso, queria algo próximo ao aeroporto para pegar um carro alugado no dia seguinte e partir para Trancoso. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito receptivos: ajudaram no transporte das malas, vistoriaram o quarto antes de entrarmos e quando nosso iFood chegou, levaram o lanche até nosso quarto. De positivo no quarto, temos o ar condicionado. Ele é novo, gela bem e praticamente não faz barulho. A TV e o frigobar são ok. Achei a cama dura, a falta de porta no box fez com que o banheiro se molhasse de forma rápida, e o chuveiro é baixo (tive que tomar banho "agachado". O café é simples, mas novamente os funcionários fizeram a diferença. Cheguei e havia acabado o ovo mexido e a funcionária se prontificou a fazer para mim e pra minha esposa. Pão de sal fresco mas sucos razoáveis. Para passar a noite, achei um ótimo custo x benefício, mas para estadia mais longa eu iria para outro hotel. Não fui na piscina.

Achei o hotel muito simples, diária não estava barato, deveriam fazer uma reforma. E outro ponto que não gostei foi que eles cobram 30 reais se a toalha estiver suja, por exemplo de maquiagem. Sendo que sabão e água sanitária resolve. Tudo bem cobrar uma taxa, mas não 30 reais. No geral deu pro gasto.
