「I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. 「This is an old resort that is dirty not maintained. Be careful as they will upcharge you a resort club fee of $40 a night to so called use the pool and the lounge chair by the pool but you still have to pay $10 per chair on their beach. We booked a room with kitchen and we got one without as they were over sold. And huge thing there is no WiFi!!!」

「As it is out of town - there is no easy access to the railway station at Monopoli which meant an expensive taxi ride (30 Euros) each way. The taxi's however were prompt and reliable with very courteous drivers. Very few restaurants on site other than snacks being offered at the bar areas at certain times with a little cafe within walking distance out of the site.
