Casa Gioia is Just a few steps from the wonderful beach of Le Ghiaie, a marine biological reserve for over 40 years.
This comfortable and well-furnished apartment is the perfect solution for those looking for a holiday dedicated to the sea and comfort.
The port of Portoferraio is only 500m away and nearby you can find all kinds of services: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc.
Portoferraio is full of places to visit, for young and old, and they will satisfy every kind of curiosity and interest, be it historical, geological, architectural, religious or naturalistic: archaeological sites, breathtaking views, museums, churches and fortresses will watch your steps carefully. in eager waiting to be discovered. Wonderful beaches such as La Padulella, Capo Bianco, Le Viste can also be reached on foot.
THE SPACE
It is located on the ground floor. It consists in a living room with kitchenette, dining table, double sofa bed, TV. Double bedroom. Bathroom with shower box.
