Die Ferienwohnung beziehungsweise das Ferienhaus ist einfach ein Traum. Das komplette Anwesen ist so wunderschön. Die Sonnenterrasse, die Schattenterrasse, die vielen kleinen Möglichkeiten sich außerhalb im Garten aufzuhalten sind einfach traumhaft. auch den Grill an der Schatten. Terasse haben wir öfters benutzt für einen Grillabend mit Blick auf das Meer. Im Haus selbst war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten für unseren zehntägigen Aufenthalt. Der direkte Blick auf das Meer durch die Fenster der Schlafzimmer ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön.Ugo der Gastgeber hat uns direkt von der Fähre abgeholt, um uns die Anfahrt zum Ferienhaus so einfach wie möglich zu machen. Ugo ist ein wirklich freundlicher und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden, das Bad ist sauber, die Zimmer sind sauber, privater Parkplatz, privater Zugang zum Meer und d die nächste wunderschöne Bucht nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Haus direkt am Meer

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Elvira und Ugo sehr genossen. Die Lage war perfekt. Das Haus liegt nur 5Minuten von Portoferraio und nächsten Supermarkt entfernt. Es gibt mehrere Strände in der Nähe, aber wir haben die Treppen direkt in die Bucht benutzt um zu schnorcheln und schwimmen. Das Haus war wir beschrieben, Klimaanlagen funktionieren perfekt, die Einrichtung war nett, Küche ist klein aber voll einsatzfähig (Gasherd mit 4 Platten) - nur eine Spülmaschine hat uns gefehlt. Ein perfekter Ort mit Hund. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stunning location

The location is truly stunning and the communication was excellent. We really appreciated that we could check in a bit earlier and weren't rushed at the end of our stay. The three (!) terraces are very pretty and we wish we could have enjoyed them even more (we were on Elba in fall and it got pretty chilly at times). What might be improved: The mattress in the little house (my parents stayed there and had some problems with it). Also, the property would hugely benefit from an investment in the renovation of the kitchen (personally, I would open it up to have a big living area). Of course, that only matters if you want to cook when you're on vacation :-). Thanks for everything!

Vacanza meravigliosa

Nous avons passé des journées extraordinaires à l’Ile d’Elbe et dans cette maison. Nous y avions séjourné il y a quelques années (nous connaissons bien l’Île car je suis originaire de Portoferraio et de Saint Ilario) et avons eu un plaisir fou de retourner dans cette magnifique maison si bien située. Les propriétaires -très aimables- étaient toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins.

Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Großzügiges Haus und Grundstück, mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und eigenem Zugang zu kleinem Kiesstrand. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Lediglich die sehr kleine Küche und einzelne Teile der Einrichtung (Bad, Geschirrzusammensetzung, Stühle/ Liegen auf der Sonnenterrasse) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist super. Wahnsinnige Lage. 15 Meter vom privaten Meerzugang, 4 Minuten vom nächsten Strand. Das Haus verfügt über alles nötige, hat Schattenplätze, Liegestühle, Küche mit allem nötigen, und Klimaanlage. Es ist traumhaft.

Super Lage direkt über dem Meer

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Man hat von allen Zimmern und sogar dem Bad einen Meerblick !! Man kann direkt am Haus zu einem kleinen felsigen Privatstrand runtergehen. Ist aber nur zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Ansonsten ist nur ca. 100m von Haus der Abgang zu einem schönen größeren Kieselstrand, der auch teilweise bewirtschaftet ist. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut, die Klimaanlage neu. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Außer einer Spülmaschine hat uns aber nichts gefehlt. Ugo war sehr nett, hat uns sogar vom Hafen abgeholt und einige Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus am Strand mit Ausblick

Organisatorisches wie Bettwäsche mieten haben wir vorab mit Ugo reibungslos per WhatsApp organisiert. Er hat uns am Hafen auf seinem Scooter abgeholt und zum Haus begleitet. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf der Klippe mit traumhaftem Meerblick von alle Zimmern außer Bad und Küche. Der Strand ist gleich neben an und toll zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln . Portoferraio mit Supermarkt, Läden und Restaurants auch nur 10 Minuten im Auto entfernt.

Sehr schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und man findet alles vor, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden zur Unterkunft gebracht und bekamen noch einige Tipps (Restaurants, Ausflüge usw.). Sowohl Anreise, als auch das Auschecken war reibungslos. Unglaublich ist der Meerblick von jedem Zimmer aus (sogar vom Bett aus sieht man ins Meer). Auf der Terasse hat man das Gefühl, direkt auf dem Meer zu sitzen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die 14 Tage sind wie im Flug vergangen.

Formidable

Un très agréable endroit où passer une semaine a été un rêve. La maison est simple mais équipée et surtout l'endroit est paradisiaque. Cela convient très bien à une famille avec de jeunes enfants surtout pour la simplicité de l'accès à la plage. Notre hôte a été très charmant et très accueillant. Merci de nous avoir permis de profiter de cet Eden.

Posizione da sogno, da rivedere la cura dei dettagli

La settimana passata nella casa è stata tutto sommato una bella settimana. La posizione della villa è davvero da sogno. La bellezza della location è stata persino superiore alle attese. Ci sono state però alcune cose che ci hanno lasciato un po' l'amaro in bocca e le lasciamo qui come spunto di miglioramento per la gentile famiglia che la gestisce: - Abbiamo prenotato la casa sei mesi prima e comunicato per tempo l'orario di arrivo del traghetto al proprietario che si è dimostrato fin da subito davvero molto reattivo nella comunicazione. Purtroppo però al nostro arrivo veniamo a sapere che altri inquilini di un'altra casa di sua proprietà erano sulla stessa nostra nave e pertanto abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezzora in un parcheggio assolato prima di poter essere accompagnati nella dimora. Ci è stato gentilmente dato l’accesso al negozio della famiglia che gestisce la casa per attendere al fresco ma non potevamo lasciare l'auto incustodita visto che erano evidentemente piene di valige e oggetti di valore - Il check-in è stato davvero ordinato e completo, Ugo ci ha persino segnalato i migliori ristoranti dell'isola, la stessa cordialità però non si è palesata al check-out quando siamo stati rimproverati per non aver buttato la pattumiera. Abbiamo mangiato quasi ogni giorno fuori e siamo riusciti a produrre relativamente pochi rifiuti. Sentirsi sgridati dopo aver speso una cifra non trascurabile per poter soggiornare nella villa ci ha fatto sentire davvero a disagio - Sempre durante il check-out è accaduto un altro spiacevole evento. Dopo aver trascinato a mano per almeno 100 metri in salita sotto il sole svariate valige pesanti, perchè la strada che porta alla proprietà era troppo stretta per la nostra macchina (cosa mai comunicata tra l’altro), ho chiesto al proprietario di fare una doccia per potermi rinfrescare prima di partire. Essendo le 10:15 e il check-in era alle 10:00 mi sono visto negare l'accesso alla doccia, ho chiesto quindi di poter usare almeno quella all'esterno. Dopo aver ricevuto risposta affermativa e terminata la doccia mi vedo arrivare addosso una nuvola di polvere e foglie secche sparate a gran velocità da uno dei giardinieri che stava pulendo la proprietà con dei getti d’aria. Cerco di fermarlo e invece di ottenere in cambio delle scuse mi sento rimproverare una seconda volta per non aver abbandonato la villa in tempo. Ripeto erano le 10:15 e il check-out era alle 10:00 - Questo ha del surreale ma giuriamo che è tutto vero. Du

Un posto incantevole

abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa casa, direttamente sul mare...un sogno! la posizione è insuperabile, la casa spaziosa ed organizzata...gli spazi esterni consentono di scegliere dove sedersi a seconda del momento della giornata...il mare meraviglioso, la vicinanza con il centro storico e la gentilezza con cui siamo stati accolti ed accompagnati completano il quadro. giudizio positivissimo!
