“Fantastisk opphold på ischia, selv om KLM ikke klarte å få frem bagasjen på 5 dager. Hotelbetjeningen var svært hjelpfulle med å kontakte currier, men ingen bagasje. Hotellet hadde en fantastisk sentral beliggenhet.”

“L’accueil et le personnel ainsi que le spa/baignoire dans la chambre sont très bien. En revanche il n’y a aucune insonorisation entre les chambres voisines ainsi que la rue et les motos passantes. Si vous avez la chance comme nous de tomber sur des voisins qui ont la gentillesse d’allumer la baignoire à 4h du matin, vous comprendrez. Le petit déjeuner et parking sont inclus, bien pratique puisque l’hôtel est très loins de Naples. Il faut utiliser la voiture pour se déplacer. Si vous séjournez……

“We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time... The hotel is very sensely located and a 5 minute taxi ride away from the port. FYI taxi to the hotel is 20 euros. Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone... Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind. The room was beautiful and spacious, well……

“Wifi is very poor and there is no air conditioner thus the air is not so fresh.”

“Beautiful property. Staff were very nice. View was amazing. The restaurant was good but not a big selection. We booked this hotel based on location and shuttle to airport. Didn’t know until we got there shuttle didn’t start until 9am which didn’t work for us. Hotel did arrange a cab and take away breakfast (we paid for cab 70€)”

“酒店的一切都是上锁的，感觉似乎周边安全有问题。在酒店逗留期间发生车子无法启动的问题，酒店前台帮了很多忙和hertz沟通，这一点非常感谢！特别是一个一直板着脸的经理，虽然板着脸，但很做实事。前台叫马里奥的兄弟就是在他的催促下帮我们两次致电hertz”

“Un hotel con annesso servizio termale (solo fanghi e aerosol) che risorge da un hotel abbandonato da diversi anni. Ottima posizione, ottimo vista dalla terrazza della colazione. Stanze grandissime, ex miniappartamenti. Personale gentilissimo come tutta la popolazione di Pozzuoli. Ambiente piacevole e ricercato, ben climatizzato. Unica nota negativa la mancanza di un parcheggio gratuito nella struttura ma in strada si trova sempre ed è sicuro (almeno in bassa stagione). Per chi vuole c'è……

“The hotel staff was extraordinary. From the restaurant staff to the breakfast crew, they met our every need with a smile. The front desk helped us with tours, directions, reservations, ferry times and everything in between. We felt very valued and cared for. The room was a bit small, but had an amazing view of the castle and a small balcony. Otherwise, the room was very well equipped with all we needed and nicely updated. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.”

“The property is uniquely beautiful with pool and sea to swim in, thermal pools, a spa and tennis court as well as cocktail area, restaurant and lunch restaurant. Very relaxing . Excellent staff. Some walking up and down stairs required but a golf cart is available for part of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Wow, what a place! Spectacular views, many great pools (hot and cold), thermal baths, sauna, spa (reasonably priced), helpful and gracious staff, ultra-clean, nice room if not terribly large. Would stay here again if I returned. Food in the main restaurant was good but not superb and selection was a bit limited with dishes not especially imaginative, yet even this quibble is not enough to reduce my 5-star rating. Especially since the breakfast (came with price of room) was super! Loved the piano……
