「I can honestly say that this is the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel.」

「My wife, son, his fiance, and I came to Moscow for 6 days and stayed here. The check in process didn't give enough specific information to get in right away. I messaged them and they responded right away and got us in. The room was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. I always check for bedbugs and general cleanliness, and I was very impressed. If/when we come back to Moscow we will most definitely stay here again! Thank you again Rebekah!!」

「We loved the location and the hotel overall. The only downside was the morning noise from trucks in the driveway near the neighboring restaurants. I would recommend requesting a room on the street side for a quieter stay. The hotel does a great job managing guest noise, and their communication was excellent throughout our stay. The coffee is yummy!」

「The apartment was very cute and in a great location. Check in/out was very easy. We stayed 2 nights. The family living upstairs was so loud late at night, both nights, unfortunately none of us got a good night sleep and were woken up multiple times.」
