"We had a great time staying here for a romantic getaway weekend. Apartment was very clean and a fun place to stay. It is right in the heart of downtown Galena a perfect location to enjoy shopping, fine dining, and beautiful historic architecture. Street Parking was a struggle, as there is no designated parking. The WiFi was very slow and spotty, so be prepared to unplug (mostly) when you visit. Great place to spend the weekend! Would highly recommend!"

"The location was Great, GPS off a lil bit. There was a messy tree that our shoes dragged little buds in all the time. The key box was a little hard to open. The pool was not used because we couldn't figure out what or where to go. There are a lot of stairs. It is on three different floors. Missing was a home feeling. Little touches that make it feel personal. The beds were comfortable."

While it would be a 15 minute or so walk to Main Street, we did drive as there was no way our old lady bones could have walked those hills especially with all our shopping bags.. There is a weird noise in the house.when it started raining. Kinda sounds like a weed wacker constantly going."
