"We had a great stay all the staff were super helpful and friendly!!!! We stayed ocean view, our only issue was that the entrance side of room is rite on the main street side and the walls are thin, all nite long you hear motorcycles and cars. But aside from that the included breakfast was AMAZING, huge buffet anything you could imagine plus more!!! The pools are amazing, i imagine the pool view rooms have no traffic noise but maybe some monkeys howling. I would recommend this hotel for travelers comming to this area."

"The room was well equipped and comfortable. Bathrooms could use a little maintenance with the drains. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Enrique was amazing and took extra time to make sure all our dining needs were met. Also special acknowledgement to David, Andreas and Fernando."

"Absolutely beautiful. Lots of onsite activities and it was really easy to plan excursions and trips into the more populated areas. The only thing that needs improvement was the food. Sabernero Steakhouse was delicious but all of the other food was extremely low quality for the price. Definitely expected way better for a resort of that caliber. The staff was excellent, the property and rooms were clean. They were very on top of resetting and cleaning the rooms each day as well. Overall, I’d highly recommend as long as you don’t have any expectations for great food onsite."
