“The villas and property were extremely well maintained. The staff seem to take extreme pride in maintaining this beautiful secluded family-friendly gem. We are already dreaming of our return. What a great relaxing contrast to the other tourist traps available.”

“The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. They did, however, make it very clear that we were NOT……

“The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.”

One night, there was a wedding party that was extremely loud, which does not match the standards of a premium hotel. Overall, the balance between price and service is not satisfactory.”

“Great pool, nice spot. Small things like no dish-wash soap or dish-sponge etc (when only there for a few days and asked to keep all kitchen items clean etc). Asked for extra towels for pool which were provided & were great. 10min walk to beach / bakery / cafe / sodas. 2 min walk to grocery store. On a busy road. ”
