「We have great relaxed time at the Caterina apartments. Very clean, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We stayed in a court yard view apartment and it wasn’t over looked. The shops and countless cafes and restaurants are all nearby. The metro and bus station isn’t far either.
Great modern apartment and it provided a great base for a relaxed stay. 」

「What a great place to stay to experience the best of Porto! Located by the riverside, it's a few minutes' walk from almost everything to see and do there and is surrounded by tons of restaurants. The studio we stayed in was cool, clean and very comfortable. Everything was new! But the best part were our warm and accommodating hosts, Josè and Catarina, who went over and above to be of service in every way. In leaving Porto we feel we left as friends. We will be back, adeus por enquanto!」

「地理位置好，在教士塔旁邊，到各景點都是走路散步可以到，也接近萊蘿書店跟機場巴士站。房間乾淨，有小廚房、冰箱，附近有小超市很方便，隔音窗效果讚，聽不到街上的聲音，美中不足是要拉著行李走一段坡道才能入住，而且沒有電梯，但是接待人員很熱情，馬上可以回應問題，最後一天還可以寄放行李。」

「Great aparthotel. Excellent communication. We had a problem with the Aircon leaking when we arrived home in the evening. We let them know via WhatsApp and they moved us immediately. Really top class service!
Also worth mentioning, this is in the coolest part of Porto with brilliant bars, restaurants and it is walkable to everything.
We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! 」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「Our stay at youropo in Villa Nova de Gaia was wonderful! We arrived early in the morning from our train and the room was being prepared so the staff there let us leave our luggage in the apartment instead of moving it to a locker which was very convinient. The apartment was clean, cozy and the view of Porto from there is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was helpful every step of the way and were always easy to reach. We will definitely book this place again in the future.」

「This is a gorgeous apartment - very spacious, with a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom downstairs and a hihe kitchen, living room, dining room, and small powder room upstairs. There's a small terrace off the bedroom and a very large one off the living room. "The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger.
The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out!
We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better.
Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"
