「We loved this place and regretted that we were only here one night. Our room was quite small, which was fine for a night, but I would get a larger room next time The property backs up to Camp Richardson, so it was very quiet. 「The hotel stay was overall great, we enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect. Only downfall was the customer service, the front desk was short and didn’t have clear answers when we asked questions. They seemed clueless and also tired. It was a busy week/weekend and a holiday but the customer service can use some improvement. We would be back and would interact less with the staff next time.
