Baseball Tournament Stay
Hello! Great home, plenty of space for everyone (3 families) and amenities were appreciated. One small thing that would have been helpful was a coffee grinder (we had beans, but no grinder). Your coffee you had available hit the spot though. Also, suggestion on TV in the bonus room. That is where our boys hid out most of the time when not doing basketball. They brought their XBOX for late night games, a TV would be a nice addition. Overall, I'd definitely stay at your home again! Thank you, Amy

Comfortable, inviting home with lots of room
Newer, clean, comfortable home with room for everyone. Double bunks in large room upstairs an added bonus. Pool table & ping pong were fun and appreciated. Deck with fire table and hot tub were perfect for evening relaxing. Great place to stay at Brasada.

Amazing house BUT won't go back if still managed by AvantStay...
The house is beautiful and perfect for two or three families with kids. The photos actually don't do the house justice (It is the rare case where the house was actually more gorgeous than the photos). The room with the FULL bunks is massive and the view is breathtaking. You could sleep 8 kiddos easy! The fees on top of the rental cost are annoying. If they aren't trying to hide anything why not just include it in the overall rate?!? I saw other reviewers had problems when I looked back too! Three reasons:. The fact that there was an increased resort rate for holidays was hidden somewhere in the LONG DocuSign document, The day we checked in I spoke with the front desk at Brasada ranch because the other family found out they would have to leave a day early due to work demands, They said it shouldn't be an issue for them to not pay the resort fees for the day they wouldn't be using the facilities. But AvantStay said there was no way to refund the resort fee for that day. Lastly, it has been over a week and they mistakenly charged us the higher rate for the day we checked out and didn't use the resort! I still haven't heard back on remedying this error. NOT impressed.

Holiday getaway success!
Starview is a beautiful house that is well suited for a large family getaway. The property was very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with a wide variety of activities as depicted in listing photos. In particular, the garage game room was a huge hit and the oversized bunk room and beds made sleeping accommodations comfortable. The property management company was organized and easy to communicate with. Brasada’s heated pool and holiday activities provided family fun experiences too.

Perfect Girl’s Weekend
Stayed for the weekend with 6 friends. The beds, bathrooms, and spacious kitchen/living were perfect. We loved having the hot tub on the deck. Location is ideal for short walk to main lodge area or a mountain lookout spot. Plenty of extra hot tub towels and had no issues with the home. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home & amazing views
We stayed 3 nights for a guys' golf trip in August. The home was spotless, and impressive. It had all the amenities we needed, and a well-appointed kitchen to cook some large meals. The favorite spot was the deck, with expansive views of the Cascade Range - from Bachelor to Jefferson. Everyone was comfortable and impressed with the accomodations. We plan to return!
